Providing health and welfare benefits to employees is critical to attracting and retaining talent, as well as creating a corporate culture that resonates. In this full day session, experts in the health and welfare landscape will take you beyond the basics and begin to explore some critical differentiation in the market for employees related to benefit programs.
The day will begin with an overview of market trends looking at employee requirements and employer responses to those demands. From there, we will dissect four critical areas of health and welfare programs – healthcare, data analytics, lifestyle accounts and absence. Our day will conclude with an employer roundtable addressing your questions and exploring topics surrounding aligning corporate culture to benefit programs, building business case for change, critical programs evolution during COVID-19 and how communication is key.
