NEEBC CARES ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING

COVID-19 Protocols

It is our priority to provide in-person programs, conferences and other events that are safe, healthy, valuable, and welcoming. The health of our community is of utmost importance, and we are relying on everyone to do their part in making this a safe event for all.

Below are our COVID-19 protocols for in-person events.

Masks are not required but encouraged for your health and safety.

For all events, we will comply with the Mass.gov COVID-19 protocols found here. For any event that includes a break and/or receiption, be advised that we will be serving food and beverages. Along with our venue host, NEEBC will observe appropriate guidelines.

  • NEEBC staff and venue will follow CDC, Massachusetts and venue COVID-19 guidelines
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event spac
  • Distanced seating will be made available when possible

NEEBC respectfully requests that participants:

  • Follow the COVID-19 safety protocols offered by the State of Massachusetts, the venue, the CDC, and/or NEEBC
  • Feel encouraged to wear masks, unless eating or drinking, and regardless of vaccination status (NEEBC will have disposable masks available at the registration desk)
  • Minimize physical contact (e.g., elbow bumps are a great alternative to handshakes)
  • Practice proper hygiene and sanitation
  • Not attend the event if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by the health care team responsible for treatment or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result
  • Not attend the event if they have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 5 days
